Warranty

All Earthtec Portable 5-Gallon Toilets come with a limited one-year warranty. This warranty is for part coverage only. The warranty covers the cost of repair or replacement of defective parts. It also covers freight (ground service) shipping of a replacement part to you as well as the cost of the part being returned in the continental US only. Those opting for alternate shipping methods are responsible for paying their own shipping costs. The Earthtec limited warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of misuse, accidents, not following manual guidelines and instructions, improper repair or installation, or any other unreasonable usage. The Earthtec limited warranty does not cover the non-stick coating inside of the toilet. A recharge kit is sold for the user to reapply as the non-stick surface begins to subside through usage. The warranty is void if the identification number or date of manufacture stamp have been tampered with or deemed illegible in any way. Proof of purchase must be provided. Earthtec reserves the right to decline repair at their discretion. This warranty does not cover the cost of the exchange or total replacement of a faulty unit.
